* The $40/pp cost includes $15/pp food platters provided by the brilliant chefs we have come to know at the GMA.

* Please advise victoriamos@xtra.co.nz of any dietary or disability access requirements well in advance of 14/03.

* You're encouraged to put togther a table of 8 - but if you'd rather, we can place any number.

* Our Treasurer asks that payments are made via bank transfer into Club Projects A/C 12-3252-0051326-51; please use the word QUIZ as reference and your name as either code or particulars. (Pay for yourself and the guests for whom you’re responsible including a full table if that applies to you).

* Auction or raffle items are sought for this event: if you are willing to donate items you love and that someone else will love – or things you don’t love – but another person might, please bring them along on the night, or get in touch with Simon or Victoria to arrange pick-up pre. event. Items large and small welcome – with our thanks.

* Parking is available under the GMA – entrance downhill on Mayoral drive from the main hotel entrance.

This is going to be fun and the more the merrier. Thank you in advance for your support.
