This morning we had our last Rotary meeting for 2016! It was a busy one with 63 people attending! Thanks to those of you who brought guests - we hope they enjoyed our meeting. We also welcomed a new member, Karyn Spencer, to our membership. All donations from the Sergeants session went to The City Mission so thanks for your generosity. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope to see you back at our first Rotary meeting in 2017 will be on Tuesday 24th January.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who purchased a Christmas Pudding this year. Some bought for themselves and for others - 53 puddings have been donated by the club to the Auckland City Mission. Well done to Suzanne and the Youth committee for this initiative.
Our first meeting of 2017 on 24th January will not be held at the Northern Club because they are closed. Instead, we are meeting at the McDonalds Greenlane Boardroom. The address is 320/356 Great South Road. There is plenty of parking which is adjacent to the restaurant. Meet at 7am
Greg Moyle, often sells his local produce at meetings for fundraising, however he is running short of egg cartons! Over the holidays, if you could save a few cartons and bring them in to a meeting in the New Year, he'd really appreciate it. It will mean more delicious, free range eggs are available for purchase.
