We had our Christmas Party on Wednesday night at Parnells on the Rose Gardens. It was a lovely night with great attendance, delicious food, fun and dancing. Thanks to all of those who came along, as well as those who made it happen - especially our wonderful Fellowship Committee. This coming Tuesday, 13th December, is our final meeting for the year. Your Downtown Rotary Board wishes you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Our Rotary District Conference registrations are now open. This event is being held in Auckland from the 5th to 7th of May 2017, at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron. Register or get more info from the District Conference website.
The Women's Refuge Christmas Appeal is closing shortly. Please get in touch with Steven Briggs with any last minute donations to this very worthy cause. We can deduct a donation directly from your Club Account, with your consent.
There is a Pop Up Playground Rotary Event on Saturday 19th February. Enjoy an afternoon of free entertainment for all the family including bouncy castles, obstacle courses, face painting and much more. Bring your picnic and kick back, relax and watch your children having fun.
