The Downtown Rotary Comms Workshop is open to all club members who would like to contribute in this in person workshop. Drinks & nibbles will be provided. The workshop will be hosted by Belinda, Kat & Tim. Please RSVP & join us if you can Challenge: we currently have an ad hoc comms/PR approach largely based on the capacity of one or two key people. This means we don’t have a strategy that aligns with the purpose of Rotary club or the audience we want to capture or connect to. Recommendation: Host a short workshop, to answer the key questions that will shape our comms strategy. Questions we’d like answered (by anyone in our club who wishes to join us) are: When we have the answers to these questions from the working group, Belinda and I can pull together the following outputs to shape our club: Thanks, Kat & Belinda

(Pay for yourself and the guests for whom you’re responsible including a full table if that applies to you). * Auction or raffle items are sought for this event: if you are willing to donate items you love and that someone else will love – or things you don’t love – but another person might, please bring them along on the night, or get in touch with Simon or Victoria to arrange pick-up pre. event. Items large and small welcome – with our thanks. * Parking is available under the GMA – entrance downhill on Mayoral drive from the main hotel entrance.
