Rich Poole Founder Generations Rich Poole is the founder of Generations, working with family and private business owners on the conversations they keep avoiding - succession, ownership, exit. A fourth-generation member of his own family’s business sold after 90 years, together with selling his own business 10 years ago, he has experienced firsthand what happens when those conversations happen too late. Rich will be talking about the cost of not having the conversation - the cost that never sends you an invoice, until it does. Expect a few of his own mistakes, what's worked for those who've faced it, and a reason to stop putting it off.
