Judges and Judging

Dame Judith Potter served as a High Court Judge for 15 years, retiring in 2012. From 2001 she was also a Judge of the Civil and Criminal divisions of the Court of Appeal. Since retirement she has been a Judge on the Pitcairn Islands and Tuvalu Courts of Appeal and continues as a Judge of the Cook Islands High Court. Before appointment as a judge, she was a partner in the firm of Kensington Swan, specialising in commercial law and trusts.
