With today's technology of credit cards, EFTPOS, Paywave etc. not many of us are carrying cash in our wallets and the Sunshine fund is not getting as many donations each week as it used to from the Sergeants session.
To combat this we have introduced $1, $2 and $5 Sergeants Tokens.
These tokens can be pre-purchased in bundles of 10 x $1, 10 x $2 or 5 x $5 from reception at our weekly meetings. Payment can be via EFTPOS or debited to your Downtown Rotary AP account.
For those of you who still prefer to drop the $1 and $2 coins or the odd note into the Sergeants plate, you are more than welcome to continue that practice.
