On Tuesday morning, Kenneth Winstone - Director for the Trees for Survival cause - provided an update on the activities of their committee. In recent months, the club has supported several schools in planting trees under the program, with many club members volunteering to attend planting days, and the plan is for this to continue going forward.
The schools we have supported include:
- Meadowbank Primary School
- Remuera Intermediate School
- Ponsonby Primary School
- King's School, Remuera
- Freemans Bay Primary School
