What an energetic, exciting meeting we had this morning. Our first 8 STAR Champions all gave great presentations for each of their causes. It was certainly a hard task to rate them, they are all very worthy causes and warrant having our club support. Join us next week as we hear from the balance of our STAR Champions for 2018.
A plea from myself and Graham Hendry, if you are attending our Tuesday meeting, please ensure you register before 11am on a Monday. It was great to have such a wonderful turnout this morning but we had approx. 10 more in attendance than were registered.........Nigel at the Northern Club was not a happy camper!
Bonus speaker next week - Andy Picot will share photo's from the trip he and Lee made to Myanmar.
Have a great week and I look forward to seeing many of you next Tuesday.

SkyJump is New Zealand's highest jump and only Base Jump by wire. She'll plummet 192 metres off the Sky Tower at 85 km an hour! Their highly trained jump masters will rope her up and talk her safely up to the edge, until suddenly she'll find myself balancing on tiptoes, leaning out over the streets of Auckland far below. After that there's nothing to do, but let go and fly!
So, Gill's challenge is to jump, your challenge if you accept it is to donate some funds towards this exceptional cause. It's really easy.....just like jumping off the Sky Tower.......just click on the link below and it will take you to the Givealittle page.
